How to draw the perfect eyeliner with the Vinyl Waterproof Dipliner from Flormar:
Start by priming the eyelid with a primer if you want to increase the durability, or with an eyeshadow to intensify the colour contrast. In the next step, apply the eyeliner to the centre of the eyelid and draw it in a uniform motion towards the outer corner of the eye. Then draw another line from the centre to the inner corner of the eye. If you are inexperienced, you can also apply individual dots first and then connect them. Applying an eyeliner requires a little dexterity and good preparation. For optimum results, prime your eyelid beforehand with a primer or a light-coloured eyeshadow. It is particularly difficult to draw the eyeliner line without any smudges during the first few applications. It is therefore advisable to place small dots on the lash line and then connect them together. Pull the upper eyelid slightly upwards with the finger of the other hand and apply dots or the entire eyeliner line as close to the lash line as possible. After application, keep the eyelid closed for a few seconds to allow the eyeliner to dry. You can then make corrections with a cotton bud and eye make-up remover.
