The HYPOAllergenic Liquid Glow Highlighter from Bell can be used to create accentuated light reflections on the face. The liquid texture blends effortlessly into the skin's surface and leaves a finish reminiscent of a wet glow. This so-called wet look is created by fine shimmer particles, such as Synthetic Fluorophhlogopite, which capture the light and provide an optical dimension. The formulation is designed to provide a long-lasting glow that harmoniously complements make-up. As a vegan product, this highlighter does not contain any ingredients of animal origin and bears the corresponding logo on the tube. Special attention is also paid to the packaging, as the tube is made from 70% post-consumer recycled material (PCR), which is labelled with a seal on the front. The product can be neatly removed from the handy rose-gold tube and applied to the cheekbones, bridge of the nose or under the eyebrows. The intensity of the shimmer can be varied by the amount applied so that both subtle highlights and stronger accents are possible.
