As is often the case, the American Crew brand started out with a vision. Back in ’94, a stylist named David Raccuglia foresaw a future where men would pay as much attention to their looks as women, so he created a range of products for men that combined high-quality care with individual, masculine styling. David Raccuglia was a famous stylists with his own hair salon and regular clients including Jack Nicholson, Adrien Brody and Heather Graham. With American Crew he aimed to create a range of products for men that combine traditional techniques with innovation. His vision was a major success in the USA and that success has now also extended into Europe. All products are developed without animal testing and only have pharmacologically tested and natural-derived ingredients and scents.
