With the RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash colour + Oxidant 3% 10vol. Cream Set you can colour your eyelashes and eyebrows permanently - for long-lasting and even-looking eye make-up.
Lasts for up to 6 weeks
The eyebrow and eyelash colour + Oxidant 3% 10vol. Cream Set from RefectoCil contains a tube of colouring and an oxidant that is mixed with the colour to make it permanent. The eyebrow and eyelash tints are available in light and dark colours, in ashy tones or in warm shades. You can also mix the colours and match them perfectly to your hair colour to achieve a natural-looking result. The hair is permanently coloured with this set, which means that the brow and eyelash make-up is waterproof and smudge-proof and lasts for up to 6 weeks. Before application, cleanse the eye area thoroughly with an oil-free product. If you want to colour your eyelashes, please use eyelash curlers, which are not included in the set. Mix 2 cm of colour cream with 15-20 drops of oxidant, apply the mixture to the lash or brow hairs and leave on for 10 minutes. Then rinse off with plenty of clear water.Contents
